The Jim Allen Group was invited to a festive luncheon, hosted by Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas. The holidays are a great time to gather with friends and family to celebrate the season. On Friday, Towne Mortgage invited The Jim Allen Group to a delicious luncheon at Winston’s in Raleigh. Both Towne Mortgage and JAG have been partners on getting homeowners the best home at the best rate for several years.

Both JAG and Towne Mortgage are excited about 2012 and look forward to continued business relations and continued growth in the new year!

A great night for Majestic Oaks who received 3 Gold Medals and 1 Perfect score! The Parade of Homes Awards banquet was held at the North Ridge Country Club and delivered awards in 17 categories to a sold-out crowd.

A perfect day to view 8 Beautiful Homes in the Majestic Oak Neighborhood located in Wake Forest. These Parade homes offered impressive design, detail and charm! On the tour, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious 4-course luncheon and some delicious desserts! There was an iPad winner as well as Cash Prizes!

There was a lot of traffic and a lot of excitement at the New Homes Expo today! Hundreds of Real Estate agents, Builders, Mortgage Professionals and Others got a chance to see what’s happening in the New Homes marketplace.

The Jim Allen Group represents over 30 New Home Developments and distributed information about each neighborhood and also held drawings for an iPad and a “Main Street America” Picnic Basket.
